A recent study revealed that moms should take breaks by going on mom-cations. Seriously, was that study even necessary? We all know that moms need a break every now and then!

Being a mom means putting her own needs aside, losing sleep and aging faster, along with financial and time stresses. Most moms make sure everyone is taken care of before they take care of themselves. And quite often, since moms put themselves last, they may not have the time or money to practice self-care.

When time and money are tight, and that mom-cation to the beach is not practical, there are ways to tailor a getaway for individual budgets and time limitations.
